b) Identification of ARG and mobile genetic elements.


3b- ARG transfer in vivo using animal model

a) Utilisation of real field samples to study establishment of ARB and transfer of ARG in the gut of animal model.
b) Utilisation of culture and genome sequencing to study gut microbiote and ARG presence.
